Tofu and miso pate

Ingredients:

• 1 packet of smoked tofu
• 5 peeled walnuts
• 3 spoons of virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of Tamari
• 1 teaspoon of Kome Miso in 50 ml warm water

Preparation:
Cut the tofu into cubes and saute it in a pan for 10 minutes over low heat, covered. In the last 5 minutes, add the Tamari and raise the heat to medium without covering. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and grind them until you get a pate texture.

Optional: 1 teaspoon of vegetable milk cream can be added to achieve a creamier texture.
