Strengthen the immune system
The current mobility of people between countries also causes a movement and a mutation of the virus, and together with sudden changes in temperatures has caused a drastic increase in the number of colds and coincides with a peak of the flu epidemic. The two diseases should not be confused, but both are caused by viruses, the symptoms are similar, and so are the ways to avoid them.
There are more than 200 types of cold viruses, which is why it is impossible to immunize us after having one; we usually suffer from 1 to 3 each year.
It usually starts gradually, through the nose and throat, and then it can go down into the bronchi. As for the flu, it starts suddenly, with high fever (colds cause fever, but lower), muscle aches, headache and neck pain, general malaise, stuffy nose and dry cough.
100% prevention of colds and flu is impossible, but there are many things we can do to reduce the risk of being exposed to these diseases and, if we do come down, to recover as soon as possible. Here are some of them:
• Strengthen our immune system and the first thing to do, before starting any treatment, is to strengthen the intestinal flora with probiotics and fermented products.
• Take KUZU and UMEBOSHI, it reduces flu-like conditions, fights fever and defends against infections of the respiratory system and the latter stimulates immunologically.
• Important supplement with a contribution of Vit-C, echinacea, propolis, royal jelly and the mushroom complex compound (reishi, shitake, maitake, lion’s mane, sun mushroom…) these supplements help you keep your immune system
• You can also help yourself with Omega 3, Vara d’Or, and PP40 amancayo, it is an antiviral preparation that works very well for candidiasis, activates the defenses and above all is immunomodulatory.
• With aromatherapy, we can benefit from the oe (essential oils) Eucalyptus Radiata, Ravintsara or Sajolida (Ajedrea), as they are immune stimulants, among other properties they also have. We can use it topically, atmospherically (in a diffuser) or orally (always under the supervision of a therapist).
• We also find Black Cumin oil (Nigella sativa) is obtained from small black seeds of black cumin from Egypt, great benefits of this oil have been shown, especially to stimulate the natural defenses and the its calming function in rheumatism or other osteo-articular pathologies. We can take it alone or with oe as a treatment, eaten in salads and in massage oil in cases of rheumatism
When we already have it, it is essential to rest a lot and drink a lot of water.
