Carrot cream with cochayuyo

Ingredients for 2 people:
• 3 carrots cut
• 1 diced onion
• Oil, salt
• 700 ml water
• ¼ glass of dehydrated Cochayuyo seaweed
• Various sprouts
• 2 Gomasio spoons

Preparation:
• Saute the onion in a pan for 5 minutes and then add the carrots and saute them for another 10 minutes. Add salt to taste.
• Then boil the water in a saucepan and add the sauteed vegetables, the dehydrated seaweed and boil for 15 minutes on low heat.
• Grind everything and serve garnished with sprouts and a spoonful of gomasio on each layer of cream.
