Umeboshi vinaigrette with tahini
Ingredients: • 1 tablespoon of umeboshi vinegar • 1 small cup of extra virgin olive oil • 1 teaspoon of tahini • Juice ½ lemon • 1 teaspoon of honey • 1 pinch of powdered ginger Preparation: Mix it all energetically! • For a salad with an apple and endive base it’s delicious!
