T&#8217;imagines una xocolata calenta sense pecat?<\/p>\n<p>El Cacau \u00e9s l&#8217;aliment estrella dels nostres berenars i postres. S&#8217;ha parlat molt dels seus beneficis per\u00f2 no totes s\u00f3n iguals. \u00c9s important diferenciar i saber quin cacau consumir per poder beneficiar-nos de les seves magn\u00edfiques propietats. \u00c9s important que el cacau sigui d&#8217;agricultura ecol\u00f2gica, sense sucres ni llets afegides. Doncs les subst\u00e0ncies qu\u00edmiques afegides a la producci\u00f3 convencional del cacau i la prote\u00efna de la llet eliminen les propietats dels antioxidants i flavonoides:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Teobromina i Epicatequina que estimulen la di\u00fcresi, la circulaci\u00f3 sangu\u00ednia i l&#8217;activitat cerebral.<br \/>\n\u2022 Bon aport d&#8217;antioxidants.<br \/>\n\u2022 Gran aport de polifenols que aporten una gran llista de beneficis: Bon estat cardiovascular evitant atacs card\u00edacs, regulaci\u00f3 de la tensi\u00f3 arterial, disminuci\u00f3 del colesterol LDL, disminuci\u00f3 a la predisposici\u00f3 a la Diabetis (important consumir-lo sense sucres afegits), augmenta l&#8217;agudesa mental 2 h seg\u00fcents al seu consum, relaxant del sistema nervi\u00f3s i musculatura gr\u00e0cies al Magnesi. Font important de minerals i vitamines com el Magnesi, f\u00f2sfor, ferro, coure, potassi, vitamina A i del grup B.<\/p>\n<p>XOCOLATA DESFETA VITALITZANT<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients per 1 persona:<br \/>\n\u00b7 1 cullera cacau pols cru<br \/>\n\u00b7 1 culleradeta kuzu<br \/>\n\u00b7 1 vas beguda d\u2019avellana<br \/>\n\u00b7 1 culleradeta de Maca en pols<br \/>\n\u00b7 1 culleradeta de mel crua<br \/>\n\u00b7 1 polsim de canyella o gingebre en pols<br \/>\n\u00b7 1 polsim de vainilla natural<\/p>\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3<br \/>\n1. A la beguda d\u2019avellana afegir-hi el kuzu, el cacau, la Maca, canyella o gingebre, la vainilla i la mel. Barrejar fins desfer tots els grumolls.<br \/>\n2. Escalfar aquesta beguda a foc mig i anar barrejant fins aconseguir una consist\u00e8ncia espessa.<br \/>\n3.
