Cream of carrot with cochayuyo

Ingredients for 2 people: • 3 carrots cut • 1 onion cut to dice • Oil, salt • 700 ml of water • ¼ of dehydrated Cochayuyo seaweed vessel • Varied Germs • 2 spoons Gomasio Preparation: • Sauté the onion in a pan for 5 minutes and then add the carrots and skip 10 minutes more. Add salt to taste. • Then boil the water to a saucepan and add the salty vegetables, dehydrated seaweed and boil for 15 minutes over low heat. • Crush everything and serve decorating with sprouts and a spoonful of gomasio on each creamy flight.
