Tofu and miso pate

Ingredients: • 1 pack of smoked tofu • 5 new peels • 3 spoons of virgin olive oil • 1 teaspoon of Tamari • 1 teaspoon of Kome Miso in 50 ml warm water Preparation: Cut the tofu and dice into a pan for 10 minutes over low heat and cover it. The last 5 minutes add the Tamari and raise the fire in an unbroken medium intensity. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and crush them until you get a texture of pate. Optional: 1 teaspoon of vegetable cream can be added to achieve a creamier texture.
