It is a paste from ancient China where its base is soy fermented with sea salt for 2 years. Depending on the variety, a certain cereal is added. It is an ingredient that is used in little quantity because of its salty taste. But this fact does not reduce its importance to its great properties. You must add it once the baking is finished. • How to use it: The ideal dose is one teaspoon per person. It is used to make soups, creams, seasoning vegetables or cereals, making pâtés, medicinal beverages ... PROPERTIES • Digestive system, in case of diarrhea, constipation, gastroenteritis, gases, stomach acid ... Thanks to the wealth in digestive enzymes (amylase, protease and lipase). • Cardiovascular system, cholesterol, arteriosclerosis ...
